(Please read carefully before commissioning — by commissioning me, you agree to these terms.)Welcome
Thank you for your interest in my art! This is both my full-time job and my passion. To ensure a smooth and fair experience for both of us, I ask all commissioners to review and agree to the terms below before commissioning me.General Terms
• I will always treat you with respect, and I expect the same in return.• I am a real person with real-life obligations. Delays are never my goal, but they may happen. I will keep you updated if unexpected events affect your commission.• Aggressive, hostile, or disrespectful behavior will result in your commission being canceled without refund and you being blacklisted.• Communication should be clear and polite. Please provide neat, accurate references (flat-colored where possible, showing all relevant details).• I reserve the right to decline any commission request — whether due to lack of references, violation of these terms, subject matter I am not comfortable with, or simply lack of interest.• I regularly clean out storage and do not archive every piece. Once I deliver your final file, it is your responsibility to save and back it up.Content Rules

_Payment
All prices are in USD with payment via PayPal Invoice only.No work begins until payment is received, unless a payment plan is arranged prior to the commission being accepted.Commissions over $100 USD may use a payment plan: 50% upfront, remainder prior to completion._{Extras & Add-Ons}
Additional charges may apply for:• Complex designs/detailed markings or hybrid/exotic species.• Alternative expressions, poses, clothing, footwear, jewelry, or extra limbs.• Any other complexity that increases the difficulty of the piece.I will always explain extra fees before starting._{“No Character Reference” Fee}
If you do not provide a proper flat colored 2D reference for all involved characters, an extra fee (minimum $20) will be added to account for concept work. A Character Reference:• Does not have to be a full reference sheet. Flat colored art that conveys all necessary info for the commission will suffice• Small changes/variations from a reference are allowed.• A 3D models such as VRChat models are not valid references due to poor color accuracy._Tips

_{Step 1: Request & Quote}
• Submit your request through this Google Form.• Include all relevant references, descriptions, and details.• I will review and either provide a quote or decline the request._{Step 2: Waiting List}
• Once a quote is approved, your request goes to the Waiting List.• No payment is required until your turn is about to come up._{Step 3: Payment & Queue}
• When it’s your turn, I will contact you for payment.• Once payment is received, your commission moves to the Current Working List and work begins.• If you cannot pay at that time, you may request to be moved down the list, or leave the queue entirely.• Please only submit if you are serious. Abusing the waiting list (repeatedly joining and leaving) will result in a ban.Process & Communication

• I will always provide a sketch for approval before moving forward.• WIPs are provided at later stages as well (flats, shading, etc.).• I may also send WIPs if I have questions about details.• Most pieces are colored in one continuous process, so major changes after the sketch phase are difficult._{Edits (“Three Edit Rule”)}
• Unlimited tweaks are allowed during the sketch phase.• After sketch approval, up to three significant edits are included.• More than three significant edits will incur extra charges._{Customer Inactivity}
• If you stop responding after payment and I cannot finish due to lack of input, your commission remains on hold until you reply.• After 1 year of no contact, the commission will be archived and a new quote will be required._Timeline
• Most commissions are completed within up to 3 months, depending on health, queue length, and complexity.• I will notify you if delays occur._Delivery
• Final files will be sent in .png, .jpg, or other standard formats to your provided email, Discord, or Telegram.• Once delivered, it is your responsibility to save your art.
• If mistakes are found after completion I will always work with you to make reasonable corrections (e.g. small color or marking fixes), but large revisions after completion may require additional payment.Refund Policy

_{My Rights as Artist}
I retain all rights to the artwork. This means I may:• Post the art publicly (unless agreed otherwise).
• Use the art for self-promotion (portfolio, social media, Patreon, streams)._{Your Rights as Commissioner
You may:}
• Use the art for personal use (icons, printing for yourself, sharing online) with proper credit.
• Claim rights to your character, but not the artwork itself.
• Promote yourself using the art with credit to me._{You may not:}
• Claim the artwork as your own.
• Use the art commercially without purchasing rights.
• Remove watermarks or signatures.
• Alter the artwork without my consent.
• Use my art to train for/generate AI Art._{Commercial Rights}
• Commercial rights may be purchased at 300% of the commission price.• With commercial rights, you may use the art for merch, covers, branding, etc.• Credit is still required even with commercial rights.Final Notes
• Attempting a chargeback after your commission begins violates these terms and will result in a permanent ban and public warning.• I want every commissioner to be happy with their artwork, but my time and labor have value — respect that, and I will always respect you.Thank you for reading these terms carefully and supporting my work!
